He /She should possess minimum post qualification experience of 20 years in the field of Power Generation of which 10 years should be in senior management position in a State Electricity Board or Power Generation Company in Public or Private Sector having not less than 2000 MW of installed capacity. The candidate should possess outstanding management skills and sound technical knowledge
