Qualification : MSW/MLW/ MPM/MBA in HR (full time) /other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/ University.
Post Qualification Exp. : Around 21-25 Years of Post Qualification Experience, out of which 5 years at Senior Level in HR Dept. of large industrial company having manpower of more than 1500.
Incumbent should have worked continuously for 7 years in one organization
Age Limit : Around 50 to 55 years
