Education Qualification :
Agniveer General Duty (GD) All Arms : Class 10th Matric with45% Marks
and Minimum 33% in Each Subject.
Agniveer Technical (All Arms) : 10+2 Intermediate Exam in Science
Stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with Minimum 50% Marks in
Aggregate and 40% in Each Subject OR 10+2 Intermediate Exam Passed in Any
Recognized Board with 1 Year ITI Course.
Agniveer Technical Aviation & Ammunition Examiner : 10+2
Intermediate Exam in Science Stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and
English with Minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate and 40% in Each Subject OR 10+2
Intermediate Exam Passed in Any Recognized Board with 1 Year ITI Course.
Agniveer Clerk / Store Keeper (Technical) All Arms : 10+2
Intermediate in Any Stream with Minimum 60% Marks Aggregate and Minimum 50%
Marks in Each Subject.
Agniveer Tradesman 10th Pass : Class 10th High School Exam Passed in
Any Recognized Board in India Minimum 33% in Each Subject.
Agniveer Tradesman 8th Pass ; Class 8th Eight Exam Passed in Any
Recognized Board in India. Minimum 33% in Each Subject.
Pay, Allowances :
(i) The pay & emoluments of Agniveers will be as given below :-
(aa) Year 1. Customised Package- ₹ 30,000/- (plus applicable allowances.)
(ab) Year 2. Customised Package- ₹33,000/- (plus applicable allowances.)
(ac) Year 3. Customised Package- ₹ 36,500/- (plus applicable allowances.)
(ad) Year 4. CustomisedPackage- ₹ 40,000/- (plus applicable allowances.)
(ii) From the above package, 30%
will be compulsorily deposited every month in a corpus which will be matched
by the GoI. Balance amount less the corpus contribution will be the in-hand
component.
Age Limit : The age limit for the applicants will be from 17 ½ years
to 21 years. 1st day of the month of Oct of recruiting year (01 Apr – 31
Mar) will be taken as effective date for determining the age eligibility for
the candidates. The recruitment will be on All India All Class basis.
